Ingredients
- 3 1/2 TBS olive oil
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 loaf frozen pizza dough
- 1/3 cup bottled marinara or pizza sauce
- 2 slices provolone, coarsely chopped
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/4 cup finely grated asiago
- 1 oz prosciutto, cut into thin strips
- 1/2 cup finely chopped tomato
- 1/4 cup finely grated Parmesan
- 1/2 cup fresh parsley
- 1 TBS red vinegar

Preparation
Step 1
1. Oven 350 degrees
2. Heat 1 TBS olive oil in a medium skillet over moderate heat. Add onion and cook, stirring occasionally until golden, 8". Transfer to bowl and cool.
3. Roll out dough to 12" round. Transfer to pizza pan and spread sauce on crust. Sprinkle provolone, feta and Asiago evenly over the sauce. Top w/ the prosciutto and cooked onions. Bake on middle shelf of oven for 5". Move pizza to bottom rack for 2" or until the bottom is nicely browned.
4. While pizza is baking, combine tomato, parmesan, parsley and 2 TBS olive oil, vinegar, and salt and pepper to taste. Top cooked pizza w/ tomato mixture.
