Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons canola oil
- 1/2 pound ground pork
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped peeled fresh ginger
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped garlic
- 1/2 pound snap peas
- 1/2 pound fresh shelled or thawed frozen peas
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 1 cup chopped basil
- Kosher salt
- Pepper

Preparation
Step 1
In a large nonstick skillet, heat the oil. Add the pork, ginger and garlic and stir-fry over moderately high heat until the pork is browned, about 2 minutes. Stir in the snap peas and shelled peas and stir-fry until crisp-tender, about 3 minutes. Stir in the lime juice and basil and season with salt and pepper.
