Pesto Tortellini with Scallops

Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 3/4 lb. scallops
- 1 pkg. (9 oz.) DI GIORNO Three Cheese Tortellini
- 2 cups assorted cut-up vegetables (such as broccoli, red peppers and carrots)
- 1/2 cup DI GIORNO Basil Pesto Sauce

Step 1
HEAT oil in large nonstick skillet on medium heat. Add scallops; cook and stir 2 to 3 min. or until no longer translucent.
MEANWHILE, bring 4 qt. water to boil in large saucepan. Add pasta. Reduce heat to medium-low; cook 2 min., stirring frequently. Stir in vegetables; continue cooking 3 min.
DRAIN pasta; place in medium bowl. Add scallops and pesto sauce; mix lightly.
