  • 1 ready-made graham cracker pie crust
  • 1 14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
  • 4 egg yolks
  • 4 oz. key lime juice

Preparation

Step 1

Milk milk and egg yolks at low speed. Slowly add the juice, mixing until well blended.

Pour into graham cracker pie shell and bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees.

Refrigerate several hours before serving to allow filling to firm.

Can be topped with cream topping or meringue.
