Orange Blossoms

Ingredients

• Cakes
• 1 pkg yellow cake mix
• 1 small 3.4 oz package instant lemon pudding mix
• 4 eggs
• 3/4 cup milk
• 3/4 cup vegetable oil
• Glaze
• 3 cups powdered sugar
• 1/2 cup frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
• 3 Tbsp melted butter
• 3 Tbsp water

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Grease mini muffin tins lined with papers.
In mixing bowl, combine the cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, milk and oil and beat well. Fill muffin pan with 1 tsp + of batter. Bake 10-12 minutes or until cakes are done.

Glaze
Mix the sugar, orange juice, buter and water until smooth; set aside. Spoon glaze over muffins. Pipe Lemon Cheese Filling.
