Ingredients

  • 2 cans (10-3/4oz each) condensed cream of potato soup, undiluted
  • 2 cans (10-3/4oz each) condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted
  • 2 C 2% milk
  • 1 can (14-1/2oz) reduced-sodium chicken broth
  • 1 can (11oz) mexicorn, drained
  • 1 pkg (10oz) ready-to-serve roasted chicken breast strips, chopped
  • 1 can (4oz) chopped green chilies
  • 3 flour tortillas (8") cut into 2"x1/2" strips
  • 1 C (4oz) shredded cheddar cheese
  • additional shredded chedar cheese

Preparation

Step 1

in lg. saucepan heat soups, milk & broth
stirring frequently
add corn, chicken & chilies
bring to boil
stir in tortilla strips
reduce heat
simmer, uncovered for 5 min
stir in cheese until melted
sprinkle each serving w/ additional cheese
