Ingredients
- 3 boneless pork loin chops (about 1 lb), cut into 1/2-inch pieces
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 (1-lb) package frozen broccoli, carrots and cauliflower
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 Tbsps tomato paste
- 1 (12-oz) jar seasoned gravy for pork

Step 1
Spray large nonstick skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Heat over high heat until hot. Add pork and onion; cook 3 to 5 minutes or until pork is no longer pink and onion is crisp-tender, stirring occasionally.
Meanwhile, place frozen vegetables in colander or strainer; rinse with warm water until thawed. Drain well.
Add vegetables and all remaining ingredients to pork mixture. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium; cover and cook 5 to 8 minutes or until vegetable are crisp-tender, stirring occasionally. If desired, add salt and pepper to taste.
