  • 4 cups flour
  • 4 tsp cream of tartar
  • 2 tsp baking soda
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1/2 lb margarine =1 cup
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups milk

Step 1

Sift dry ingredients. Add sugar and stir. Cut margarine into dry ingredients. Stir in eggs and milk. Mix to soft dough. Roll out gently, cut into size required. Bake 450 degrees for about 10 minutes on I greased cookie sheet
