Ingredients

  • Blend the following in blender:
  • 1/2 bushel tomatoes (don't peel; wash and cut up)
  • 3 hot peppers
  • 2 red sweet peppers
  • 3 lb. onions
  • Add:
  • 1 pt. oil
  • 2 Tbsp oregano
  • 2 Tbsp basil
  • 48 oz. can tomato paste
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1/2 cup salt
  • 1 clove garlic
