  • 1 C sugar
  • 1 TBL butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 C water
  • 2 C pecan halves

Preparation

Step 1

melt sugar, butter, vanilla in water
stir in pecan halves

remove halves & lay on waxed paper to dry overnight
they should become crunchy on the outside
