Ingredients

  • 2 pounds beef sirloin, cut into thin strips
  • 1 small can of mushrooms
  • 1 beef bouillon cube
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1/4 tsp garlic salt
  • 1 dash of pepper
  • 3 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup hot water
  • 2 large green peppers, cut into pieces

Preparation

Step 1

In a large skillet over medium heat, heat the vegetable oil and brown the sirloin strips, transfer to crock pot.

Mix beef bouillon cube in hot water until dissolved and then add to crock pot.

Stir in the remaining ingredients.

Cover and cook on high for 3-4 hours or low for 4-6 hours.
