Triple Chocolate Cake

Ingredients

• 1 box chocolate cake mix
• 1 box instant chocolate pudding
• 3/4 cup sour cream
• 1/2 cup oil
• 1/2 cup water
• 1/2 cup chopped almonds, optional
• 1/4 cup mayonnaise
• 4 eggs
• 1 teaspoon almond extract
• 1 cup chocolate chips

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350. Grease a bundt pan and dust with cocoa. Put all ingredients except chocolate chips in mixing bowl and beat for 2 minutes. Mix in chocolate chips. Pour into pan and bake for 50 to 55 minutes. Cool for 10 minutes before releasing from pan.

Drizzle with a glaze made from one cup of powdered sugar, 3 tablespoons of milk, and one teaspoon of almond extract.
