Ingredients

  • Using skinless, boneless chicken parts, season with salt and pepper

  • 1

    part mustard (dijon)

  • 1

    part mayo

  • asparagus or broccoli - cooked

Directions

Mix mayo and mustard. Spread over chicken parts in 13/9 pan. Bake at 350 for 45 min. Serve over bed of rice. Decorate with aspagus or broccoli (cooked)
