Black Bean Penne Pasta

Ingredients
- 7 ounces turkey Italian sausage cut lengthwise and then thinly on the diagonal.
- 1 15 oz. can black beans, drained and rinsed.
- 1 15 oz. can diced tomoatoes
- 1 11 oz. can Rotel mild tomatoes with green chilis (you can leave this out if you don't want it to be spicy)
- 1/2 chopped onion
- 1/2 cup chopped pepper (green and red)
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 3 cups uncooked penne pasta

Preparation
Step 1
Cook sausage.
Boil pasta as directed.
Saute pepper, onion and garlic over medium heat for 4 minutes. Add the rest of your ingredients and heat - let simmer for about 5 minutes. Add pasta and stir.
