Ingredients
- Directions:
- 3 tablespoons oleo
- 1/3 cup rice
- 2 tablespoons almonds
- 1 cup water
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 chicken bullion cube
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 can sliced mushrooms, drained
- ● In a sauce pan add oleo, rice, and almonds; Cook slowly, stirring frequently, until slightly brown.
- ● Add the water, salt, bullion cube, and lemon juice.
- ● Bring to a boil and reduce heat.
- ● Cover and simmer for 20 - 25 minutes or until water has evaporated.
- ● Add mushrooms and heat.
