Ingredients
- 8 cups apples, peeled and sliced
- 12 ounce jar caramel ice cream tropping
- 1 T flour
- 1/2 cups pecans, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 tube refrigerated cinnamon rolls 8 or 10 count
- 5 T butter, melted

Step 1
Preheat oven to 375
Place apples slices in a large bowl. Combine caramel topping and flour and pour over apples. Toss w/for to mix. Place apples into 8x8 baking dish, sprayed with Pam. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until apples are just tender.
Combine the pecans and brown sugar. Separate the cinnamon rolls and cut in to quarters. Dip each piece into the melted butter and then roll in the sugar/nut mixture. Arrange the pieces over the top of the apples and bake until the rolls are golden brown and apples are done; approximately 8-10 minutes.
