Ingredients

• Ground Beef 2 pds
• eggs 2
• Monterey Jack cheese - shredded 3/4 C
• Italian bread crumbs 1/2 C
• Red onion - finely chopped 1/4 C
• Spaghetti Sauce 2 jars
• real parmesan cheese as topping

Preparation

Step 1

Mix raw beef, eggs, cheese, bread crumbs & onion
let marinate
form into 1" balls
place on sprayed cookie sheet
bake at 350 for 20 min or until done in the middle

Heat spaghetti sauce
use as a topping

set out real parmesan cheese for individual use
