Ingredients
- FILLING
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 6 ounces chocolate chips
- CAKE
- 1 1/2 cup flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup cocoa
- 1 teaspoon soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/3 cup oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 1 cup cold water

Step 1
Combine all dry ingredients for cake in mixing bowl. In a separate bowl, mix together the oil, vanilla, vinegar, and cold water. Add to dry ingredients and beat well for 2 minutes. Put in to cup cake papers.
Combine the cream cheese, sugar, and egg. Beat well. Stir in chocolate chips. Top each cup cake, unbaked, with about a teaspoon of mixture. If you would like, top each cupcake with a sprinkling of sugar or finely chopped nuts.
Bake cupcakes for 30 minutes at 375.
