Ingredients
- 8-10 sprigs fresh thyme
- 2 T dried parsley flakes
- 2 t seasoned pepper blend
- 1 1/2 t garlic salt
- 8 large shrimp skewers

Preparation
Step 1
1. Preheat grill. Process thyme, parsley, pepper blend, and garlic salt in food processor 10-15 seconds or until coarsely chopped and well mixed.
2. Press herb rub onto shrimp, coating both sides.
3. Coat shrimp with cooking spray. Place shrimp on grill. Cook 2 minutes; turn and cook 1-3 minutes or until cooked.
