Ingredients

  • 8 chicken breasts, boiled (6 large is fine)
  • 8 c cooked pasta shells (whole box)
  • 4 c celery, sliced diagonally
  • 1/2 c chopped onion (1/2 large onion)
  • 2 (20 oz) cans crushed pineapple, drained
  • 2 c mayonnaise
  • 2 c Marzetti Coleslaw Dressing
  • 3 c cashew nuts
  • 6 c mixed red and green grapes
  • 4 c chopped green apples--skins on (1 apple=2 cups)

Preparation

Step 1

Cut cooked chicken into bite-size chunks.

Cook pasta as directed on the package. Drain and cool.

Combine mayonnaise and slaw dressing in very large mixing bowl.

Add pasta, chicken, onion and pineapple. Mix lightly and refrigerate overnight for best flavor.

The next day add cashews, grapes and apples. Chill until serving time.
