Ingredients
- 1/2 pound lean ground beef
- 1/2 pound smoked sausage
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 to 4 shakes Tabasco sauce
- 31 ounce can refried beans
- 4 ounce can green chile peppers, drained and chopped
- 1 1/2 cups Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
- 1 1/2 cups Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 7 ounces green chile salsa
- 3 green onions, chopped
- 1 ripe avacado, mashed
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup pitted black olives, sliced and drained

Step 1
Crumble beef and sausage in frying pan; add onion and brown well. Drain and add several drop Tabasco. Spread beans in 9 x 13 dish. Spread meat on top; sprinkle with chile peppers and cheeses. Drizzle salsa over all. bake uncovered in a 400 degree oven for 20 to 25 minutes. Remove and top with green onions. Mound avocado in center and top with sour cream. garnish with olives and parsley. Tuck tortilla chips around the edge. Serve hot. Keep warm on a heated food try.
