Ingredients
- Optional :
- fresh chopped sage 2 tsp
- fresh chopped rosemary 2 tsp
- black pepper 1/2 tsp
- garlic 2 cloves
- kosher salt 1 tsp
- olive oil 2 TB
- pork tender loin 1 large
- loaf crusty baguette 1
- pineapple rings
- swiss or asiago cheese slices

Preparation
Step 1
in a vitamix whiz : sage, rosemary, pepper, garlic 1 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp pepper
in frying pan cook the outside of the pork until golden brown apx 10 min
roll the pork in the herb mix until well coated
cut the bread in half long ways & scoop out the insides
brush the bread with oil & add the meat
tie with kitchen string
preheat oven to 375
bake for 30 min or until the inside reaches 160
remove from oven and let rest 10 min
Options :
add pineapple rings to inside of bread with the meat
or
add cheese slices the last 5 min of baking
