Ingredients
- Frosting:
- 1 c. shortening
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 c. buttermilk or sour milk
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 2 c. flour
- 2 c. diced apples
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 c. chopped nuts
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Preparation
Step 1
Mix ingredients and put into greased 9x13 pan. Mix frosting ingredients and put on cake before baking. Bake at 350 for one hour. Cake will be moist when done.
