Ingredients
- 1 & 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 4 eggs
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 3 cups raw finely grated carrots
- Frosting: 1/4 cup butter
- 4 oz. soft cream cheese
- 2 & 1/2 cups confection sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla

Step 1
Mix together, then fold in carrots! Hand mix all ingredients! Grease and flour 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes! When cool top with frosting!
