- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- Vanilla

Step 1
Melt butter. Add brown sugar and bring to a boil. Continue boiling for two minutes, stirring constantly. Stir in milk and vanilla and bring back to a boil. Cool to lukewarm, then beat in sugar until smooth.
