Ingredients
- 4 chicken breast halves, cubed
- one 28-oz. can diced tomatoes
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- one 14-oz. can chicken broth
- 1/3 C. dry white wine
- 2 tsp. dried oregano
- 2 tsp. Cajun seasoning
- 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1 lb. cooked, peeled veined shrimp
- 2 C. white rice, cooked

Directions
Place all ingredients except shrimp and rice in a slow cooker and stir. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours. Turn heat to high, stir in shrimp and rice, and cook another 15-20 minutes.
