Ingredients

  • 1 pkg (16-oz) macaroni
  • 1 C milk
  • 1 C cottage cheese
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp white pepper
  • 1/2 tsp dry mustard
  • 1-1/3 C grated sharp cheddar cheese
  • 101/3 C grated swiss cheese
  • 1/2 C grated parmesan cheese

Preparation

Step 1

cook macaroni according to pkg. directions
drain well

in blender or foodprocessor container place milk, cottage cheese, eggs, S & P, mustard & nutmeg
blend for a few seconds until well combined

place 1/3 of cooked macaroni in buttered casserole
top w/ 1/3 each of cheddar & swiss cheeses
add another layer of macaroni &
another 1/3 of the cheese
add remaining macaroni

pour egg & milk mixture over macaroni
add remaining grated cheese

sprinkle parmesan over top
bake @375 for 20 min or until hot & bubbly
