Ingredients
- 1-1/2 LB flank steak
- 1/2 C lemon juice
- 1/2 C soy sauce
- 1 TBL crushed or chopped garlic

Preparation
Step 1
whisk all ingredients except flank steak in 13X9X2" baking dish
add steak
turn to coat
cover & let marinate at room temp 2 hrs.
turning occasionally
alternatively, cover & chill at least 4 hrs. & up to 1 day
bring to room temp before grilling or cooking in broiler
prepare barbecue - high heat
grill steak w/ some marinade still cling until cooked to desired doneness
abt 4 min per side for rare
transfer to work surface
let rest 10 min
thinly slice steak against grain
transfer to platter
drizzle w/ some of remaining marinade
