  • 3 eggs
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • dash of salt
  • 1 cup dark Karo syrup
  • 1/3 cup butter, melted
  • 1 cup pecan halves
  • 1 9 inch unbaked pie shell

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 350 degrees.
Beat eggs with sugar and salt. Add dark Karo syrup, and melted butter. Add pecan halves. (make sure they are coated completely. Pour into 9 inch pie shell. Bake 50 minutes, or until knife inserted in middle 1/2 way comes out clean. Cool completely.
