Ingredients
- 2-1/2 LB filet of sole
- 3 TBL hoisin sauce
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 2 TBL fresh ginger, shredded
- 1/4 tsp oil
- 1 TBL green onion, minced

Preparation
Step 1
place fish in 2" deep dish
evenly spread hoisin mix (hoisin sauce, soy sauce, ginger, oil) on top of fish
cover w/ plastic wrap
cook 8 min - microwave)
turn dish twice
let stand 5 min
garnish w/ green onions
