Ingredients
- 16 oz. can whole cranberry sauce
- 6 oz. can tomato sauce
- 12 oz. bottle stout beer (Guinness)
- 2 tea. freshly ground rosemary
- 1 ta. thyme
- 1 tea. sage
- 1 tea. basil
- 1 tea. oregano
- 1 tea. black pepper
- 1 tea. salt
- Boneless chuck or rump roast
- .88 oz. pkg. beef gravy mix

Preparation
Step 1
Combine all except gravy mix,. Put 1/ cup mixture in bottom of crockpot. Set meat on top. Cover with rest of sauce.
Cook low 8-10 hours.
Remove roast. Sprinkle in package of gravy. Stir until sauce thickens. Drizzle some sauce over roast. Serve reat in a gravy boat to use at the table.
