Ingredients
- 2 cups of whole wheat flour
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 14 ounces beer (12 oz. beer + 2 oz. water)
- 1 egg + 2 tablespoon of water (option - for brushing loaf before baking)

Step 1
Heat oven to 375 degrees.
Mix dry ingredients, add beer. Mix just til moistened. Beat egg with water, and brush on loaf. Bake for 45 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
