Preparation
Step 1
Use a mold or other small form pan. Spray with non stick spray lightly. Then pour 1 1/3 c ginger ale in a sauce pan. Sprinkle 2 envelopes plain gelatin over it and allow to soak for 2-3 minutes, then begin to heat on low, stiring constantly until gelatin fully dissolved (about 5 minutes). Remove from heat and stir in 2/3 c Fireball whisky and a few drops red foot coloring. Pour into mold and chill for several ours. Top with fireball buttercream which is mix 1/2 c unsalted room temperature butter, 1 tbsp Fireball whisky, pinch of salt and 1 1/2 c powdered sugar. Then top with a "red hot" and greet sprinkles. I TRIED THIS FOR PUTT PUTT AND EVERYONE LIKED THEM.
