Ingredients
- 1 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 cup bourbon
- 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
- 3 T honey
- 1 T minced garlic
- 1 T freshly grated ginger root
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 small onion, thinly sliced
- 2 T chopped fresh sage
- 3 lbs pork, beef or veal tenderloin
- Fine sea salt, freshly ground pepper and Hungarian sweet paprika to taste

Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients (except the meat) and blend well. Place the tenderloin in a non-metal dish and pour the marinade over it. Marinate in the refrigerator overnight.
Before cooking, pat the meat dry and sprinkle with salt, pepper and paprika. Grill or roast to the desired degree of doneness.
