Ingredients
- 3 each eggs
- 2 cups fruit cocktail, drained
- 2 cups flour
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- Glaze frosting
- 3/4 cup evaporated milk
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut

Step 1
PREHEAT oven to 350. Beat eggs together in mixing bowl. Add fruit cocktail, flour, sugar and baking soda. Stir together until moistened, and pour into a greased bundt pan.
COMBINE walnuts and brown sugar and sprinkle over cake batter. Bake for 40 minutes. Cool 15 minutes and remove from pan.
MEANWHILE, combine evaporated milk, sugar and butter in a saucepan. Bring to a boil and cook, stirring for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla and coconut. Allow to cool. Spoon over the cake and serve.
