Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Pineapple Juice
- 1/2 cup Chicken broth
- 1/8 cup Soy Sauce
- 1/8 cup Ketchup
- 1/8 cup Rice Vinegar
- 1/8 cup dark Brown Sugar
- 2 Tbps skinned & grated ginger
- 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp dark Sesame oil
- 1 tsp Sriracha sauce
- 2 med. cloves finely minced or pressed garlic

Preparation
Step 1
1.) In a saucepan, add all ingredients and simmer for about 10 minutes. Let cool & refrigerate.
2.) Soak chicken pieces in marinade minimum of 3-4 hours, for best results overnight.
3.) Marinade for a whole quartered chicken.
