Ingredients
- 9 X9 1/2 yellow cake mix
- or
- 13 X11 1 yellow cake mix
- 1/3 sup butter
- 1/2 cup brown sugar packed
- 1 can (1 lb. 4 oz) sliced pineapple drained
Details
Preparation
Step 1
Melt butter, mix in brown sugar. Place on bottom of the pan.
Space pineapple pieces on the bottom not touching each other.
Pour yellow cake mix on top.
Bake 350 degrees F for 40 to 50 minutes.
Tip upside down immediately and remove the pan.
When using mini-bunt pans.
Use 1/2 a cake mix for 7 mini bundt pans.
Bake @ 350 degrees F for 22 min.
