Ingredients
- Dough:
- 2 eggs, beaten well
- 1 heaping tbs. butter, softened
- 2 cups flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup milk
- Broth
- 2 to 3 cans chicken broth
- 1 chicken cut in pieces

Preparation
Step 1
Dough
Mix all ingredients in a bowl. If dough is too dry add a little water. Roll out THIN. Cut into about 2" squares.
Broth
Cook chicken in broth over low heat until chicken is tender, about 1 - 1 1/2 hours.
Take chicken out of pot and remove skin and bones. Cut chicken into bite size pieces and add back to broth.
Add dough and cook additional 1 hour.
Add about 3-4 potatoes cubed the last 1/2 hour.
