Ingredients
- 3 cups chopped cooked chicken breasts
- 1 (10 oz) pkg torn hearts of romaine lettuce
- 2 cups grape tomatoes
- 1 cup diced ham
- 1/2 cup (2 oz) reduced fat shredded sharp cheddar
- 1/2 cup sliced ripe olives
- 2 hard cooked eggs, chopped
- 2 Tbsp light mayo
- 2 Tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 1/2 tsp cider vinegar
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper

Step 1
1. Combine first 7 ingredients in a large bowl.
2. Stir together mayo and next 6 ingredients until blended. Add dressing to chicken mixture; toss gently to coat. Serve immediately.
