Honey Lime Dressing (Cheddars)

• •1 teaspoon Lime Zest
• •½ cups Honey
• •⅛ teaspoons Salt
• •⅛ teaspoons Ground Mace
• •1 cup Sour Cream

Combine egg, lime juice, grated lime rind, and honey in a saucepan; cook over low heat until thickened, stirring constantly. Add salt and mace; cool. Fold in sour cream; chill.

Yield: 1-1/2 cups.
