Ingredients

• 2 cups mashed sweet potato
• 1 1/4 cup sugar
• 2 eggs, beaten
• 3/4 stick butter, melted
• 3/4 cup milk
• 1/2 tsp nutmeg
• 1/2 tsp cinnamon
• For Topping
• 3/4 cup crushed cornflakes
• 1/2 cup pecans
• 1/2 cup brown sugar
• 3/4 stick butter, melted

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients. Use mixer. Grease casserole and bak at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.

Combine topping ingredients. Put on top and bake 10 to 15 minutes longer.
