  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup Dutch process cocoa , plus more for dusting
  • 1/3 cup confectioners' sugar
  • 4 cups hot brewed coffee
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 4 ounces Irish whiskey

Preparation

Step 1

With an electric mixer, whip cream with cocoa and confectioners' sugar until just stiff. Fill a mug with 1 cup coffee. Add 1 Tbsp. brown sugar and 1 ounce whiskey. Stir until sugar dissolves. Top with a dollop of whipped cream. Repeat with 3 more mugs. Dust with cocoa before serving.
