Cake Texas Banana Cake

Ingredients

• 3 cups flour
• 1 teaspoon soda
• 2 cups sugar
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 3 eggs
• 1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1 cup chopped pecans
• 1 teaspoon cinnamon
• 1 8 ounce can crushed pineapple, drained.
• 2 cups mashed bananas
• 1 1/2 cups oil (vegetable)

Preparation

Step 1

Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl making a well in center.

Add remaining ingredients mixing well--do not beat.

Pour into a greased tube or bundt cake pan.

Bake 350 Degrees F. for 1 hour 10 minutes or until done.

Sprinkle powdered sugar on top when cool.
