Cookies, White Chocolate Macadaminan Nut Cookies

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup butter or margarine softened
• 1/2 cup shortening
• 3/4 cups firmly packed brown sugar
• 1/2 cup white sugar
• 1 large egg
• 1 1/2 teaspoons vnilla extract
• 2 cups all-purpose flour
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 16 ounce package white chocolate flavored baking bars (chips)
• 1 (7ounce) jar macadamian nuts coarsley chopped.

Preparation

Step 1

Beat butter and shortening at medium speed with electirc mixer until soft and creamy; gradually add sugars, beating well. Add egg and vanilla; beat well. Combine flour, soda and salt, gradually add to butter mixture, beating well. Stir in white chocolate and nuts. Drop dough by rounded teas 2" apart on lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake 350 degrees 10 minutes. Cool on cookie rack. Enjoy!
