  • grass-fed ground beef

  • cilantro (optional)

  • egg (optional)

Directions

No fancy recipe here, just some cooked ground beef mixed with taco seasoning (recipe below) and topped with poached egg, sliced avocado or guac, and fresh salsa! This is as easy as it gets, folks. When my schedule is tight I cook up a pound or two of ground beef and keep it in the fridge. It reheats pretty well and it tastes good as pictured or with scrambled eggs for breakfast. By the way, If you haven’t already tried dropping a fried or poached egg on some ground beef (or sausage or steak or any leftover) then try it immediately! EVERYTHING TASTES BETTER WITH AN EGG ON IT!
