Ingredients
- 16 oz dark chocolate, finely chopped
- 1 2/3 cups heavy cream
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 tsp salt
- cocoa powder

Preparation
Step 1
Place chocolate in a medium bowl. In a small saucepan, heat cream until simmering. Pour over chocolate. Cover and let stand for 10 minutes. Whisk until smooth. Mix in vanilla and salt. Pour into a 9 inch pie plate and let cool 15 minutes. Cover and refrigerate until set, 3 hours.
Scoop out chocolate mixture into 1 inch scoops. Place on parchment paper. roll balls in cocoa powder, and set on parchment. refrigerate until set, 15 minutes. Roll in more cocoa powder.
