Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs. quartered cooked new potatoes
- 6 slices bacon, crisply cooked, crumbled
- 1/2 cup chopped green pepper
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 cup salad dressing
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Mix potatoes, bacon, green pepper and onion in a large bowl.
Add dressing, mix lightly. Season to tste with salt and pepper. Refrigerate.
