English Muffin Bread

This is an easy bread that you can mix my hand. It tastes just like an English Muffin just a different shape. So nice to keep in the freezer and use for busy mornings.

Ingredients
- 5 cups Bread flour
- 4 1/2 teaspoons yeast
- 1 Tablespoon sugar
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- Whisk all dry ingredients together in a large bowl.
- 3 cups whole milk - heated to 120°
- Add to dry ingredients and stir until combined.
- Cover bowl with sprayed plastic wrap and let rise for about 30 min.

Preparation
Step 1
Stir dough down.
Prepare 2 bread loaf pans with vegetable spray and dust with corn meal.
Divide batter into 2 bread pans push into corners.
Cover with sprayed plastic wrap. Let rise about 30 minutes until dough rises almost to the top of the pans.
Bake at 375° for about 28 min. or until loaf reaches 200°. Rotate 1/2 way through baking.
