cup (250 g) butter oil margarine
cups confectioners' sugar
cups sifted flour
lb (500 g) chopped nuts
Cream together butter or margarine and sugar until light and fluffy. Ad d eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add vanilla and mix well. Stir in sifted flour and nuts. Shape into small rolls the size of a finger and place on a greased cookie tin. Bake in a 350Â°F (180Â°C) oven for about 10-15 minutes.
