Stuffed London Broil from supermarket

This is a marinade for London Broil bought at Kroger. I grilled it on the flat surface of my Griller.

Ingredients

• 3 cloves garlic, minced
• 1/2 cup soy sauce
• 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
• 1/2 cup ketchup
• dash of Worcestershire

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients. Marinate overnight. Cook to rare or medium rare.
